Removal
NOTE:

Remove the instrument panel.
Refer to: Instrument Panel (501-12 Instrument Panel and Console, Removal and Installation).

Release the retainers and remove the lower insturment panel tirm panel.
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
-
Remove push pins and the HVAC duct.
-
Remove the rear HVAC duct.
-
Remove the floor vent duct.
-
Detach the wiring harness retainers.
-
Disconnect the electrical connectors.
-
Remove the bolts.
Torque:
27 lb.in (3 Nm)
-
Remove the floor vent duct.
-
Remove the front climate control housing bolts.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8 Nm)
-
Detach the wiring harness retainer.
-
Disconnect the electrical connectors and detach the wiring harness retainers.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wiring harness retainers.
-
Remove the LH rear climate control housing bolt.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8 Nm)
-
Remove the climate control housing.
-
Release the wiring harness retainers.
-
Disconnect the electrical connectors.
-
Remove the bolts.
Torque:
27 lb.in (3 Nm)
-
Remove the bolts.
Torque:
71 lb.in (8 Nm)
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE:
Positioning the seat fully upward provides access to
service the seat track motor with the seat in the vehicle.
Move the front seat to the full upward position.
Depower the SRS .
