Lincoln Nautilus: Glass, Frames and Mechanisms / Front Door Window Regulator and Motor. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
LH side shown, RH side similar.
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
NOTE:
For non-functional front door window regulators and motors
with the window in the 40 mm open to full closed position, cut the front
door window regulator cables to allow window movement.

Remove the front door window glass.
Refer to: Front Door Window Glass (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, Removal and Installation).

Remove the tape covers from the upper front door regulator nut access holes.

Remove the front door window regulator bolt and nuts.
Torque:
93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)

Remove the front door window regulator.

Disconnect the electrical connector and the position aside the wiring harness.

Rotate the front half of the window regulator rearward.

Rotate the rear half of the window regulator forward.

Remove the front door window regulator.

NOTE:
This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
Remove the retainers and the front door window regulator motor.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removal
Remove the passenger door window control switch.
Remove the passenger door window control switch and the bezel assembly.
Disconnect the passenger door window control switch electrical connector...
