Lincoln Nautilus: Interior Trim and Ornamentation / Front Door Trim Panel. Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

NOTE: LH side shown, RH side similar.

1. Release the clips and remove the door trim panel bolt cover.
   

1. Remove the door trim panel bolt.
   Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

1. Remove the window control switch.
   Refer to: Driver Door Window Control Switch (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, Removal and Installation).
   Refer to: Passenger Door Window Control Switch (501-11 Glass, Frames and Mechanisms, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Remove the door trim panel bolt.
   Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

1. Remove the lower door trim panel bolts.
   

1. Release the door trim panel clips and separate the door trim panel from the door.
   

1. 
   Remove the front door trim panel.
   
   1. If equipped.
      Disconnect the speaker electrical connectors.
      
   2. Disconnect the power door lock switch electrical connector.
      
   3. Disconnect the ambient light electrical connector.
      
   4. Release the tab, disconnect the latch cable and remove the door trim panel.
      

Installation

1. NOTE: Transfer parts as necessary.

   To install, reverse the removal procedure.
