Lincoln Nautilus: Exterior Lighting / Rear Lamp Assembly. Removal and Installation
Removal
NOTE:
This procedure can be used for all locations of the component.

Remove the screw cover.

Remove the screw and position the rear lamp assembly.

Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the rear lamp assembly.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Using a non-marring tool release the light sensor and position it up.

Remove the LH loadspace interior trim panel.
Refer to: Loadspace Trim Panel (501-05)

Disconnect the rear lamp fade control module electrical connector...

Remove the front bumper cover.
Refer to: Front Bumper Cover (501-19)

Remove the front foglamp.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Separate the wire harness retainers..
Remove the foglamp assembly screws...

Instrument panel cable
NOTE:
The original equipment automotive audio bus (AAB) cable
is part of the instrument panel wiring harness and cannot be removed.
This procedure refers to replacement of the cable only by overlaying the
cable on the exisiting instrument panel harness...
