Lincoln Nautilus: Exterior Lighting / Headlamp Leveling Module. Removal and Installation
Removal

Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
NOTE:
If installing a new module, it is necessary to
upload the module configuration information to the scan tool prior to
removing the module. This information must be downloaded into the new
module after installation.
Using a diagnostic scan tool, begin the PMI process for the Headlamp leveling module following the on-screen instructions

Remove the push pins, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the RH dash insulator panel.

Remove the Headlamp leveling module.

Remove the Headlamp leveling module bracekt bolts and the Headlamp leveling module.
Torque:
80 lb.in (9 Nm)

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Using a diagnostic scan tool, complete the PMI process for the Headlamp leveling module following the on-screen instructions.

Front suspension mounted
Remove the LH front wheel and tire assembly.

Remove the passenger door window control switch.
Remove the passenger door window control switch and the bezel assembly.
Disconnect the passenger door window control switch electrical connector.
