Lincoln Nautilus: Climate Control System - General Information / Heater Core. Removal and Installation

Removal

NOTE: If a heater core leak is suspected, the heater core must be leak tested before it is removed from the vehicle.

1. Remove the climate control housing.
   Refer to: Climate Control Housing (412-00) .
   

1. Remove the heater tube dash panel seal.
   

1. Remove the retainers, release the clip and position the heater tube bracket aside.
   

1. 1. Disconnect the driver side temperature door actuator and the air distribution door actuator electrical connectors.
      
   2. Detach the retainer and position the wire harness aside.
      

1. Remove the heater core.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
