Removal
NOTE:
LH side shown, RH side similar.

Remove the rear door trim panel.
Refer to: Rear Door Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).

Remove the interior rear door handle.

If equipped.
Remove the retainer from the interior door handle ambient light.

If equipped.
Position aside the interior door handle ambient light.

Remove the retainers from the interior rear door handle.
-
Remove the interior rear door handle.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

The keyless entry keypad is serviced as an assembly with the front door upper moulding.
Remove the front door window moulding...

Initialization
NOTE:
NOTE:
Initialization is required to learn both the full UP
and full DOWN positions and the profile of the glass as it travels
through the glass channel. Once initialized, obstacle detection is
enabled.
NOTE:
A new door module or de-initialized window does not
operate in one-touch up mode until it has been initialized...
