Lincoln Nautilus: Front Seats / Front Seat Control Switch. Removal and Installation

General Equipment
Removal
NOTE:
Driver seat control switch shown, passenger seat control switch similar.

Remove the side shield screws.
-
Remove the side shield.
-
Lift up on the rear of the side shield and pull outward.
-
Push the side shield forward.
-
Disconnect the electrical connector.
-
Remove the seat control switch knob(s).
Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover
-
Remove the screws and the seat control switch.
Installation
-
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removal
Remove the front seat cushion cover and foam as an assembly.

Lower the headliner assembly.
Refer to: Headliner - Lowering (501-05)

Remove bolts on each side.
Torque:
72 lb.in (8.1 Nm)
Remove the roof rail(s).
Installation
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
